BetterTalk transcribes the conversation, keeps turns visible, and updates live signals such as the warm-to-hard balance, recurring patterns, and coaching prompts.
02Does it decide who is right?
No. It focuses on the way the conversation is moving—not who wins. The goal is to help both people notice a pattern and try a better next move.
03Is BetterTalk therapy?
No. BetterTalk is a conversation-practice tool. It is not medical care, couples therapy, crisis support, or a promise of a particular relationship outcome.
04Can anyone at BetterTalk hear or read us?
Nobody at BetterTalk can view or retrieve your conversations through product or support systems. BetterTalk does not store your audio or transcripts.
05Who processes the conversation?
Specialist transcription and analysis providers process the conversation without your BetterTalk account information. BetterTalk does not store the audio or transcript. The Security & Privacy page explains the complete data path.
06How much does it cost?
